Detta innebär att en kundförlust enligt detta nya synsätt – om förutsättningarna föreligger – kan anses konstaterad redan under redovisningsperioden maj 2020. Notera dock att om säljaren har fått delvis ersättning, till exempel genom hyresstöd från staten, gäller kundförlust endast för den del som är obetald.
